Bragging Rights:

Jennifer's heart was rivaled by none. Jennifer had a habit of cooking for an army and with one purpose in mind, plating and taking the leftovers to the homeless people living in the park on the days when ministries were not there to feed them, I know because I got to help and when we lived together after her husband went to prison she would bug me "mom...we need to get the food to the park, you are diriving!" Many times I would witness her talking to that unemployed father outside the Target or Walmart and then come out with a cart full of groceries to feed his family and watch the tears fall from a thankful almost disbelieving heart that someone could care so much. My daughter gave the shirt off her back to everyone she knew and her last dollar to whoever was in need, yet she never went without. God was her provision and He used her mightily to provide for others. I am so proud of this young lady that God entrusted to my care. Our life was far from perfect and we struggled for the glory of Jesus, she never wavered in her faith and many times I heard her say when the cupboards were bare but the week before she had abundance and shared with whoever had need..."mom, God will provide." She was never wrong. he always did. She was in this life an amazing and shining example of love and self-less giving. I know Christ has said to her "Well done good and faithful servant, come, enter into the rest I have prepared for you." Jesus Christ is Lord, Abba father is someone she wanted to know deeper and the Holy Spirit was her best friend and teacher. Jennifer was a shining example of a true believer in the power of love. jennifer WAS love.
