About:
I've lived in the Seattle-Tacoma area since 1972. I came here from California to go to college at Seattle Pacific and never left! I've raised 3 awesome kids, who are now successful, well-balanced adults. I have the joy of 4 grandkids, with 1 more on the way! I studied voice and majored in Pre-Law/Political Science at Seattle Pacific. I enjoy playing the 12-string guitar (6-string too), as well as playing my grandmother's awesome 6' grand piano (though not in public). I began my career in real estate when I was 20, and was issued the first extension of what was then a permit to practice, (pre-license, like a driver's permit). I was too busy to study, and was issued the extension to get my license in July. 1975. I was the only one in my office to pass the first time through! (Even though it was by just a few points). I got my Broker's License in 1979, and passed that test with a score of 98%. I love what I do. But, when I'm not working, I enjoy being with family and friends - boating, water-skiing, going out and about, hiking, concerts, car shows, movies, singing, playing the guitar, just hangin out...most anything. Not much time for TV, but American Idol, The Voice and X-factor have been great pass-times, as well as Chopped, 2-1/2 Men and Cold Cases/Unsolved Mysteries and most recently The Middle.
