Abstract:

A biological material test strip and adjacently-located reference color chart are affixed to a lid portion of an all-in-one specimen cup to perform color-based reaction testing of collected biological specimens in an uncalibrated environment. After specimen collection, the lid portion is secured to a container portion of the specimen cup. The cup may then be rotated into an upside down position causing the specimen, under the force of gravity, to pass from the container portion and into a volume of the lid portion, such that the test strip is exposed to the specimen as it is received into the volume of the lid portion. An image of the exposed test strip and adjacently-located reference color chart may then be captured and processed to identify any color matches between the individual test pads on the test strip and the corresponding sequences of reference color blocks on the reference chart.

A shifting rail is introduced into a package of disposable shoe covers for facilitating dispense of shoe covers onto shoe cover application devices. Abstract:

An easy wearing disposable shoe cover and a wearing method are provided. The shoe cover has a rear portion, distinguished from a front portion, being capable of flipping around a sole. An elastic band, being omitted from front portion, strains the rear portion to be lower than front portion, which exposes the front portion of the shoe cover widely for an easy insertion of the shoe into the shoe cover without using hands.

Abstract:

An improvement made to cell culture plates and dishes. The plastic bottom is made detachable for slides without using glass for cell culture. Stackable horizontal gel system is introduced. Multiple units of apparatuses can be stacked together in a pile. Stacking gaps between every two neighboring units can be used to store gels for a month without wrapping.
