    A compressor stator vane assemblage includes a first metal bushing disposed within a bore through the compressor casing and bolted to the casing by externally accessible bolts. A second composite bushing is disposed within the first bushing and receives the spindle of the stator vane. Reduced diameter portions of the spindle project through openings in the first and second bushings. A lever attaches to the spindle portion and is movable to rotate the vane. By removing the bolts, the first and second bushings can be removed from the casing for replacement or rotation of 180. degree. for prolonged service life without disassembly of the casing or removal of the stator vane.

    Methods and apparatus for an additive, single-piece, bore-cooled combustor dome or liner are disclosed. An example combustor dome forms an integral part including: a plurality of first openings; a plurality of second openings; and a plurality of passages formed in the combustor dome connecting respective ones of the plurality of first openings with respective ones of the plurality of second openings. The combustor dome is configured to allow air to enter through the plurality of first openings and travel through the plurality of passages to exit through the plurality of second openings, the air to transfer heat from the combustion section.

    A hinge assembly and a method of additively manufacturing the same are provided. The hinge assembly includes a hub defining a body and a first mounting arm and a second mounting arm each projecting from the body. The rotatable member defines a vane hinge member or hinge member having a first nesting feature shaped complementary to a portion the first mounting arm and a second nesting feature shaped complementary to a portion of the second mounting arm of the hub to nest the hinge member between the first mounting arm and the second mounting arm. The hub and the rotatable member are simultaneously additively manufactured as distinct, but inseparable monolithic components.

    A shrouded impeller and a method of additively manufacturing the same are provided. In one example aspect, the shrouded impeller includes a hub and a shroud spaced from the hub. The shrouded impeller also includes a plurality of vanes extending between and connecting the hub and the shroud. The vanes are spaced circumferentially apart from one another. Flow passages are defined between adjacent vanes. In some implementations, the shrouded impeller is additively manufactured. During printing, one or more support structures are formed within and fill a portion of one or more of the flow passages to support the unsupported walls of the shrouded impeller, e.g., the shroud. Further, the support structures are removable from the shrouded impeller, e.g., after the shrouded impeller has been printed.
