I am a real estate Attorney that has seen the home buyer taken advantage of for far too long. My company Your Home Team Advisors, provides the buyer with a team of experts including a real estate agent, a project manager, a structural engineer, a survey, a title examination, a tax report and most importantly an Attorney to manage and oversee the entire process. The Attorney is involved with contract negotiations and preparation, they review and analyze financing products, the engineer report, the survey and all other aspects of due diligence. The Attorney attends closing with the buyer and remains available to the buyer for one year after closing to consult and answer questions that the buyer may have. Best of all we are able to do all of this without any additional cost to the buyer. We pay for it all. We take the commission that use to be kept entirely by the real estate agent and re purpose those funds to pay for all of the above services.
