Abstract:

An etch processor for etching a wafer includes a chuck for holding the wafer and a temperature sensor reporting a temperature of the wafer. The chuck includes a heater controlled by a temperature control system. The temperature sensor is operatively coupled to the temperature control system to maintain the temperature of the chuck at a selectable setpoint temperature. A first setpoint temperature and a second setpoint temperature are selected. The wafer is placed on the chuck and set to the first setpoint temperature. The wafer is then processed for a first period of time at the first setpoint temperature and for a second period of time at the second setpoint temperature.

Abstract:

The invention relates to a method and system for operating a gaming terminal where the gaming terminal cabinet itself is an active feature or element of the wagering game. The method and system of the invention involve a gaming terminal cabinet that is transformable from a primary external configuration to a secondary external configuration. The transformation of the gaming terminal cabinet may be based on an outcome of a basic wagering game, a bonus wagering game, or both. The secondary external configuration may involve a single transformation or it may involve multiple transformations. At the end of the wagering game, the gaming terminal cabinet may be transformed back into the primary external configuration. The transformation of the gaming terminal cabinet may also be used to attract the attention of passersby when the gaming terminal is idle to thereby generate interest in the gaming terminal.

A graphical specification entry interface allows a circuit designer to define relative placement of repeating circuit component cells. Abstract:

In one embodiment, a cloned cable modem detector is configured to assemble a table associating cable modem physical addresses to Cable Modem Termination Systems (CMTSs) according to provisioning requests forwarded from the CMTSs. When one of the provisioning requests associates a cable modem physical address with a different CMTS than an existing association in the table, the detector outputs an indication of cable modem cloning.

In one example, a Cable Modem Termination System (CMTS) combines a value identifying itself with a cable modem Media Access Control (MAC) address stored in a provisioning request. The CMTS then relays the modified provisioning request to a provisioning server, which analyzes the value to identify a CMTS associated with the cable modem MAC address. Abstract:

A computer program product has a computer-readable storage medium having computer program instructions embodied therein for performing a method for implementing a privacy policy for a user. The method may include the user developing rules that determine whether another user (requester) can access information related to the user. The rules may be stored in a database coupled to a server and evaluated when a request is received from the requester to access the information. If a rule is satisfied by the requester, the server can return the information to the requester. The information can be returned at a level of granularity specified by the user in the satisfied rule. A privacy level can be set by the user to allow access to requesters based on the rules or to deny access to any requesters.
