I have beenpassionate aboutCoastal Real Estate in San Diego since I moved here from Chicago in 2004. I started off on the development side working for a luxury Ocean Front home builder as their Controller. While the Controller, I also worked as an agent for a couple years and then I got my broker's license to start my own brokerage, Ocean Pacific Realty, Inc. We specialize in the Mission Beach and Pacific Beach area of San Diego while successfully closing transactions all over the county. Through my work experience and professional training I have become an expert in Coastal zone properties with detailed knowledge of property restrictions, exceptions and potential usages. Additionally, I have knowledge in building costs and material procurement. In order to better serve my clients I have received the Certified Negotiation Expert "CNE" designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. I am also an Accredited Buyer's Representative "ABR" and a Seller Representative Specialist "SRS".
