Abstract:
A picture hanger has a base portion having a hole for an elongated fastener (nail or screw). The base portion carries a member enclosing a front face or the entire base portion. The member has a through hole aligned with and on one or both sides of the fastener hole. The elongated fastener is held in place in the holes so that the fastener need not be manually held during driving thereof into a picture frame or wall. The member is injection molded on the base portion, and consists essentially of nylon-6,6 having a Shore A hardness in the range of 80-90.

Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a self-rising swimming pool employing side walls sufficiently translucent to allow those outside the swimming pool to monitor the underwater activities of the pool's occupants, as well as to allow more efficient solar beating of the water contained in the swimming pool, compared to swimming pools constructed with totally opaque walls. In one embodiment, a self-rising swimming pool may comprise an inflatable toroidal top member, a base member, and a flexible wall attached to the top member and attached to the base member, the flexible wall and base member together defining an interior region into which water may be introduced, and at least a portion of the flexible wall is sufficiently translucent to permit observation of the pool's occupants. In another embodiment, at least a portion of the flexible wall may be comprised of a layer of mesh interposed between a two layers of translucent polyvinyl chloride.
The present invention is a swimming pool comprising a pool member having an outside annular channel portion and a sunshade member rotatably engaged about the pool member. The sunshade member comprises a sunshade body portion and an annular tube portion. The annular tube portion is rotatably engaged and retained with the annular channel portion of the pool member. In use, a person may rotate the sunshade body portion about the pool member without having to move the pool member filled with water.
The present invention is a floatation device for use in water comprising an inflatable flotation member and a seat unit assembly. The seat unit assembly comprises a substantially rigid outer body member engaged to the flotation member and a substantially rigid inner body member rotatable relative to the outer body member. The seat unit further comprises a substantially flexible seat engaged with the inner body member. In operation, a child sitting in the seat member and in the water may swivel or rotate his/her position relative to the flotation member by pushing and/or pulling the outer body member. The floatation device may further comprise a sunshade removably engaged with the inflatable flotation member to protect the child from sun exposure.

Abstract:
The invention comprises an inflatable and expandable slide and pool construction that permits the user to selectively change the structure of the slide by expanding it to include a pool or basin at the end of the slide. The pool portion may be releasably attached to the front of the slide and may include inflatable sides and an inflatable end bumper. If the slide is a continuous airflow inflatable, the sides of the pool portion may be inflated by the air blower when the sides are released from their attachment to the end of the slide.

Abstract:
An inflatable, expandable structure comprises a first inflatable member and a first air blower adapted to provide a continuous flow of air to erect the first inflatable member, and a second inflatable member engaged with and in fluid communication with the first inflatable member. The second inflatable member is expandable from a first position wherein the second inflatable member is substantially deflated and secured substantially adjacent to the first inflatable member, to a second position where the second inflatable member is inflated and extends outward from the first inflatable member. A movable curtain or curtains may cover one or more entrances to the space formed by the inflated structure.
