Methods and apparatus for transmitting, from a radio, over a router-to-radio interface, a first transmission-on signal indicating to a router that data packets can be sent to the radio for transmission in a network, and transmitting, from the radio over the router-to-radio interface, a first transmission-off signal indicating to the router that data packet transmission should be suspended until receipt of a second transmission-on signal, wherein the first transmission-on signal and the first transmission-off signal are generated in a network layer of the seven-layer OSI model.

In one aspect, a method Includes receiving a data packet at a routing node that includes a processor. The method also includes determining at least one value for the data packet, selecting a routing table from a plurality of routing tables stored at the routing node in response to the at least one value for the packet and forwarding the data packet in response to the routing table selected. Abstract:

A portable video frame system. A projector such as an LCD lightweight projector is removably mounted to a triangular top frame portion. Support brackets are removably mounted to this top frame portion and to a rear frame portion. The rear frame portion is itself supported on a base having sufficient weight to support the entire assembly. Optionally, at least a portion of the weight is provided by necessary ancillary equipment, such as speakers. A conventional snap screen snaps onto the rear frame portion, and is always the same distance from the projector. The entire assembly can be readily disassembled and moved to a different location.

Abstract:

A data broker-reasoner (DBR) system for automating mission planning and execution includes a context originating entity, a reasoner/decision entity, and a plurality of enforcement entities. The context originating entity extracts mission policy information from a variety of source materials, including checklists, manuals, and other documentation. The reasoner/decision entity interprets the mission policy in the context of situational awareness (SA) events to determine which policies should be enforced. Each of the enforcement entities is configured to enforce various policies within the context of a given mission lifecycle phase by providing commands, data, and requests to a plurality of user applications and/or other mission systems. The DBR can operate autonomously or semi-autonomously.
