Abstract:

A multi-pocket assembly attachable to a garment and more particularly to a multipocket system for pants that allows easy access even when a user is in a seated position. One embodiment provides has a first pocket structure having an interior access opening with means for closing the top and at least one vertical side. Additional pockets can be added on top of the first pocket. Additional features that can be added to the invention include reflective tape, securable flaps, zippers, pleats, and the like.

Abstract:

An expandable button assembly for a garment having a tab portion with a button mounted thereon. The tab portion is at least partially made of an elastic material to allow for the tab to expand or stretch during a pulling of the button. When the button is incorporated into a collar of a shirt, the design allows for the collar to be expanded as far as the elastic material in the tab will allow. Thus, if the collar is too small for the wearer in an un expanded condition, the collar will expand to allow the shirt to be worn without discomfort and without any additions to the shirt.

Abstract:

A shoe closure system includes a plurality of fasteners corresponding to the pairs of eyelets in a shoe. Each fastener includes any elongated elastic member and releasably engageable male and female fastening devices secured to opposite ends of the elongated elastic member. The fastening devices and the elongated elastic member are cross-sectionally dimensioned to pass through the eyelets in the shoe. The male and female fastening devices are passed down through the eyelets in a respective pair of eyelets and are connected to one another at positions above the tongue of the shoe. The elasticity of the elongated elastic member holds the shoe in a comfortably closed position on the foot without having to tie the laces on the shoe. The elongated elastic member can be provided with indicia corresponding to a brand name, team name or logo.

Abstract:

A contract management system includes a contract management server and a contract management device. A contract management server includes a terms and conditions appendix section store, an archive manager, and a contract manager. A contract manager can incorporate a terms and conditions appendix section into a subscriber form contract, thereby creating a modified subscriber contract. A contract partner can accept a modified subscriber contract, thereby creating a completed contract. A contract management device can prompt a contract partner to accept an amendment to the completed contract when an updated version of the terms and conditions appendix section is released. Further disclosed is a computer-implemented method for managing contracts, including a method for updating and archiving terms and conditions appendix sections.
