About:
I have decided to transition from full-time property manager to full-time sales agent this year. My office does provide training but I have enrolled myself in several courses and attended the 2-day workshop The Executive Solution at Renaissance Hotel in Long Beach (Aug 22-23 2011). It was terrific and I gained a lot of knowledge which I can put to use immediately. My Keller Wiliams Office has an amazing platform which allows all of its agents to funnel all their listings to 100 different online web sites. In March 2013, I invested in Tony Robbins' Unleash The Power Within Seminar in LA Convention Center. I actually overcame my fear and completed the Firewalk! I did it! I have invested money into my new career. So far, I have been working extremely hard learning everything I can while still working as a property manager full-time for 90+ units or 19 properties scattered about in the Southeast area of Los Angeles County. In 2013, I have decided to reduce my hours by delegating rental duties to my assistant who I personally trained for nearly the past 2 years so I can concentrate more on sales. I have set my goal of becoming a luxury home specialist once I have fine tuned my strong sales knowledge and negotiation skills. Any advice and tip I can get from my fellow agents and brokers is greatly appreciated. Thank you for all of your useful advice and information.
