Growing up as a contractors daughter, my decision to enter the field of real estate evolved from a life-long love of houses, decorating, and remodeling - plus a desire to be part of a business that helps people achieve their goals. Schooled in Mechanical Engineering and with more than two decades in the corporate manufacturing world, It was time for a switch from solving unexpected and unwanted problems to helping make dreams come true. Before leaving the corporate world to enter real estate sales, I held positions that helped me refine my skills in customer service, marketing, time management, dispute resolution, and problem solving. But the confines and restrictions of a job didn't fit with my ambition and drive. I much prefer being able to rely on myself and my own efforts. Customer service has always been a passion for me. What makes a difference, I think, is listening carefully to my client's needs and goals when buying or selling their home. Next is giving them the information they need to move successfully through the sale process with the least possible stress or uncertainty. When my clients know what to expect each step along the way, it makes the entire transaction more enjoyable for everyone. My mindset and reputation are grounded in a dedication to being a full-time Realtor who looks out for my clients' best interests. Real estate is a relationship-based business, and I strive to create client relationships built on trust and confidence. That being said, I expect the same respect for my time, loyalty and dedication from the clients that I choose to work with. My ultimate goal: a business built entirely upon referrals from clients who are completely satisfied with the professional and caring service they received. I'm a New Jersey native, born and raised in North Jersey, schooled in Newark before settling to raise my family in Ocean County. I like working with different types of buyers and sellers from investors to first time home buyers; with families either relocating from down the street or across the country, downsizing or moving up. I love technology, but I appreciate being able to communicate with my clients "their way". If you prefer listings, contracts, etc to be sent via email or text, no problem. I always have access to electronic documents. If you don't own a computer or cell phone, I believe the post office is still in business and face-to-face is even better.
