I have a deep and pervasive interest in the uses of uncommon languages: Maori, Keres, Tewa, Towa, Tiwa, Navajo, Zuni, Hopi, etc. Mostly, I love to teach English to students who use these languages or who have learned English from people who speak these languages as first languages.
