Susan Stewart is a Utah native and has lived in Park City since 1986. Susan has extensive knowledge of the entire Park City – Deer Valley area and is a partner in the Global Real Estate Advisory Team that works with other agents throughout the world. In 2001 Susan joined the sales team at The Colony which is the largest ski/in – ski/out community in North America and has been a big part of the real estate community ever since. Susan is also known for her enthusiastic, yet focused nature and genuine work ethic. Prior to becoming involved in real estate Susan was employed by the Utah State Auditor’s Office, Local Government Division, where she reviewed the annual budgets submitted by Cities, Towns, Counties and Special Service Districts. Susan also taught budgeting procedures to local government officials throughout the state of Utah. Susan transitioned seamlessly into the position of Finance Director at the Utah Olympic Park which at the time was owned by the State of Utah. As Finance Director, Susan managed the accounting operations and procurement for the Olympic venue. She also took on the role as Assistant Manager, as well as being a part of the Utah Sports Authority Board that governed the Olympic Venues for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. Susan remained at the Utah Olympic Park through the transition to the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. After the successful completion of six World Cups in six days, Susan knew that she had accomplished what she had set out to do, which was guiding the Utah Olympic Park through the procurement and construction of the Bobsled and Luge Track, the 90 Meter and 120 Meter Jumps as well as all of the supporting infrastructure, buildings, and Track refrigeration plant. Susan enjoys an adventurous lifestyle that she and her husband share; fly-fishing, camping and cross-country skiing in the Uinta Mountains, four-wheeling in the beautiful Utah “red rock” country surrounding Moab and flying deep into the Rocky Mountain back country to view the spectacular scenery.
