The nosepiece, allows the cannula to provide a snug fit into the nostrils forming a medical airtight delivery of oxygen to the nose. The system is adapted for use with a wireless transceiver for use with a cellular telephone or a personal music system and connected headphones. A single-sided, hollow frame conceals the mouthpiece or nosepiece and tubing assembly while attaching to a hat, eyeglass frame or ear of a user.
