Microbiological techniques: Experience in Yeast culture isolation, identification and maintenance. Microscopic study of yeast using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Atomic force microscope (AFM). Column chromatography: Protein purification by gel exclusion chromatography (Sephadex G-100), ion exchange chromatography (DEAE-cellulose) and RP-HPLC (C18 column). Eletrophoresis: SDS-PAGE. Immunological techniques: Production of polyclonal antibodies in hens, ammonium sulphate precipitation, antibody tagging with HRP and nanogold (gold nanoparticles).
