I have lived in the greater Columbus, Ohio area in three differenet areas: downtown west in Grandview Heights, northeast in Westerville and north just over the county line in Delaware County. This has given me a great overview of life both inside the outerbelt(including: Grandview, Marblecliff, Arlington, Cliftonand the university area) andoutside the outerbelt (including: Hilliard, Dublin, Powell, Worthington, Westerville, Gahanna and Reynoldsburg). Since I have lived in 17 states, I know what it means to be transferred and what it takes to adapt, both as a child and as an adult. Columbus is a wonderful place to which to relocate. Columbus is home to many fine venues of ALL the arts,museums, horticulture, several fine colleges and universities including the famed "The" Ohio State University, proud home of the Buckeyes. It is within a 2 hour drive of two major fine professional football teams, Cincinnati's Bengals and Cleveland's Browns. For weekend outings, consider day trips to Hocking Hills, Chilocothe's famed summer outdoor melodrama "Tecumseh", and north to Lake Erie or south to the grand Ohio River.
