My Inspiration: From Phase to Phase… It all started when my family lost our dream home. We signed a contract and were all set to close in just a few weeks’ time. Unfortunately, between inefficient processes, disorganization and a lack of communication between our real estate agent and loan officer, the ball was dropped somewhere along the way. We lost thousands of dollars in earnest money and our new home slipped right through our fingers. It was then; I decided the real estate industry needed change. My sole purpose of becoming a Realtor was to ensure other families did not endure the experiences we encountered throughout our home buying “adventure.” Communication is key and I personally vow to keep the lines of communication open. My personal motto—“The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little EXTRA”!—(Jimmy Johnson)
