Because of her many years selling new construction, she has the experience and contacts to assist customers with minor to major remodeling home improvements. In 1989, she became general manager of a new construction community where she trained agents and directed/coordinated outside sales. Teresa then moved on to onsite sales specializing in selling resort-style communities that offered estate single-family homes and luxury high-rises. From there, she transitioned into general real estate as a Sales Associate with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, affording her a wider market to service her customers.
