I have decades of customer service experience, and as for negotiating well that is like playing a great game of Poker, which I am good at. Real Estate is a legal profession, and if you ever had to sit for hours taking a State Exam to get a license to practice it, you would have a better understanding of all I am responsible for knowing. I like to help people, and nothing would please me more than selling a beautiful home to a new family to love, or help home buyers narrow down the huge inventory of homes on the market to find the one that they want.
