Although, I've become somewhat of a public figure - I'm still a quiet, homebody type of a guy. It's like pulling tooth and nails trying to get me to leave home. I'd rather welcome guests over for potluck dinners, a little red wine and intellectually stimulating conversation. I am truly enamored with beautiful surroundings. I love exotic cheeses and have formal culinary skills. I'm a southern boy, raised in Memphis, so rarily do I eat out at restaurants. I cook about five days a week...usually salmon, tuna or whitefish, which I've mastered in a number of different ways. FYI, the trick is in the sauces. Ummm, let's see, what else? It genuinely saddens me to see people unhappy and struggling, perhaps because I had a lot of those days while growing up so I can easily recognize it. I believe that peace amongst people can be achieved if we respect and allow for the differences in others.
