Terrence is a Charleston native who has lived here since he was 4 years old. Growing up he found that his lack of interest in "traditional" schoolwork was offset by his need to work hard; which he demonstrated by maintaining 1-2 jobs during his high school career. Foreseeing a lack of possibilities for himself with his then mindset, he set out to seek discipline…this lead him into joining the United States Marine Corps at age 17. The new values that the Corps provided infused him with a sense of purpose…one that he continues to hold true even to this day. The values that he instilled into his core are the ones that allowed him to passionately devote his time to learning new languages and crafts along his travels. Before deciding to pursue a career as a Real Estate Agent, Terrence traveled the world as an Electronic Technician; with his travels taking him from Greenland to Japan. During these travels he spent much of his downtime learning new information about technology and learning new trades that he said, "Would help him remain marketable and ALWAYS relevant". This "know everything about nothing; and a little about everything" mentality is what ultimately drove him to Real Estate. His decision to transfer into Real Estate came when he realized that he required a new challenge in life. It is his personal belief that challenges help to make us better individuals. He is the type of person that constantly seeks personal growth and development, challenging himself to reinforce his strengths and overcome his weaknesses. Terrence has stated that the Century 21 office "called out to him" on a personal level.
