Terri has called Dallas home since 1980 and has a great love for and knowledge of the city. She has owned homes from Casa View to Bluffview and currently resides in the Greenway Crest area of Dallas with her 2 "fur children", Barnum & BB. Terri honed her real estate skills by investing in single family homes. Terri enjoys buying, renovating and selling single family homes in areas favored by artists and creative professionals. Prior to pursuing a full time real estate career, Terri was a free-lance film professional in the production and accounting departments. She worked on numerous films and tv shows, including "Touched By An Angel", "Army Wives", "Steel Magnolias" and "The Butler". She enjoys using the negotiating skills she developed during her film career to help her clients get the best possible deal in any real estate transaction. Terri helps sellers maximize the profit on their homes by doing extensive market research to make sure the homes are priced competitively and by advising sellers on how to prepare the property to make it most appealing to today's buyer. Her experience in buying and selling her own properties also allows her to help buyers see the potential in a home they may be considering. By the same token, she also knows when it's best to walk away from a deal. For that reason, she is a perfect agent for both real estate investors and first time homebuyers. In her time off, Terri enjoys riding her bike around White Rock Lake, walking on the Katy Trail, shopping for cool vintage furniture on Riverfront Blvd., attending live theater at the Music Hall at Fair Park and special events at the DMA , as well as spending time with her large extended family. Terri has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Oklahoma and has had a Texas real estate license since 1986.
