A man who had lived near Jones, Billy Lamar Brooks, was indicted in February on a charge of maliciously setting fire to the home of Jones and Terry Henley. Court records show that on June 30, a grand jury filed a new indictment against Brooks to add a murder charge in the death of Ashley Henley.

No freakin kidding. Lets see. A guy shows up on campus, allowed by the NCAA, with no chance of keeping up in the classroom. And Terry Henleys job is to keep guys on a graduation course or, at least, keep the guy eligible. Whats he supposed to do? Enroll him in bio-chemistry?Same deal. Neither Terry Henley nor OSU set up the structure by which athletes incapable of doing most college work are admitted to school anyway. Henley just has to clean up the mess. Auburn fans have used Toomer's Corner as a meeting place since the school was established in 1856. Former Auburn athletic director David Housel said it morphed into what it is today in 1972, when Tigers star Terry Henley said "we're going to go beat the No. 2 out of Alabama."
