Abstract:

An automated text generation system may be used to generate financial reports based on financial data. The text generation system uses decisional statements in conjunction with a base equation, and the decisional statements are evaluated using the base equation to determine a resulting logic path. The logic path may then be used to specify appropriate text fragments reflecting analytic conditions. The text fragments may include variables to vary the text content of the report for aesthetic and analytic purposes, which are evaluated at run-time. A variety of analytic conditions may be represented in a flexible manner.

Abstract:

An underground storage system for hazardous liquids having an inner fluid storage tank surrounded by a larger outer containment vault with sufficient space between to allow for visual inspection of the tank. The inner tank has a rectangular parallelepiped shape and is positioned within an outer rectangular parallelepiped vault in a manner leaving a larger clearance space between two adjacent tank sides and facing vault walls than between the opposite adjacent two sides and walls. Additionally, a vertical clearance exists between the tank and vault. The vault is reinforced concrete precast in sections for ease of transport and assembly on-site. The vault has a bottom pan-shaped unit with one or more square tubular collar units on top and terminates in an upper cover. The cover includes one or more man-way apertures enabling a technician to enter the vault and inspect the tank for leaks. The increased use of excavated space for fluid storage reduces costs associated with transport and installation.

Abstract:

An improved storage system and a method of constructing the storage system adaptably satisfies structural requirements in different seismic zones. The storage system is efficiently constructed to restrain movement of a storage tank within a vault, even if the storage tank is positioned such that all sides of the tank are not physically accessible. Within the outer containment vault, a plurality of structural members and bottom restraints restrict movement of a storage tank relative to the vault. The structural member has two depending restraints, one on each side of the storage tank to wedge the storage tank in place. Additionally, the bottom restraints are structurally connected to the bottom of the vault and positioned in close proximity to the side of the tank to further restrain movement of the tank. Different sized storage systems may be constructed in compliance with seismic requirements by modifying the number and size of the structural members and bottom restraints within a particular storage system.

Abstract:

A system for automated resource transfers based on predictive electronic data analysis is provided. In particular, the system may continuously track data (e.g., as historical data) that may be sent between two entities, where the data may include resource transfer data. Based on the parameters of the resource transfer data, the system may identify a pattern within the historical data in order to set up a recurring resource transfer based on the identified pattern. In this way, the system may increase the efficiency of resource transfers executed across entities.

Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to, among other things, improving data security with respect to data collection, verification, and authentication techniques associated with obtaining and transmitting identity information. For example, an identification credential may be received (e.g., via a short-range communications protocol such as iBeacon) by a first device from a second device. The credential may be associated with a second user of the second device. The first device may verify the credential and, if valid, an additional option to approve a secure communications channel may be presented at the first device. If the additional option is selected, a secure communications channel may be established between the first device and the second device.
