Abstract:

An improved dental implant system which simulates the natural root of a tooth is provided. The system includes an implant body having a facial surface aspect, lingual surface aspect and interproximal surface aspect, and which is defined by an apical portion and a coronal portion. The system also includes an implant abutment having an internal surface aspect for selective mating engagement with the coronal portion of the implant body and also having an external surface aspect. The system further includes a crown having an internal surface aspect for selective mating engagement with the external aspect of the implant abutment. Significantly, the implant body has a bone integrating external surface which, in a coronal direction, extends more along the interproximal aspect than along the facial aspect. In particular, the bone integrating external surface defines a non-bone integrating beveled surface along the facial aspect of the coronal portion of the implant body. This beveled surface does not integrate to the bone and is designed for maintaining a bony scallop and subsequent gingival scallop with papilla around the implant and for selective mating engagement or attachment with the internal aspect of the abutment during assembly of the inventive system.

Abstract:

A cabinet for housing computer devices with an internal air distribution system is disclosed. The cabinet includes an internal chamber defined by a side wall arrangement having at least a front wall. The cabinet includes a support structure for computer devices, wherein the support structure is positioned within the internal chamber of the cabinet. The air distribution device comprises an elongated duct defining a passageway for air distribution. The duct is positioned within the internal chamber and has a plurality of adjustable air discharge ports that are in fluid communication with the passageway. The air distribution device further includes an inlet fan in fluid communication with the passageway. By precisely directing cool air to a frontal portion of the computer devices, the air distribution device reduces the temperature gradients within the cabinet and the quantity of heat that accumulates in the cabinet during operation of the computer devices.

Abstract:

An artist's kit comprising a box and a pivotally mounted cover. The box can be secured to a mounting surface by use of mounting members to provide a stable support for the kit when in use. The cover is capable of being secured in a plurality of open positions and a head clamp and bottom support releasably mount the canvas to the cover during use. Abstract:

A container for retaining artist's paints or the like and for preventing same from drying or hardening during storage in the container comprising an open top box including a base and side walls and a cover that can be superposed over the box opening. The underside of the cover includes a resilient gasket of foam rubber or plastic that is located to bear against the edges of the side walls when the box is closed. A thin sheet of polyethylene film is disposed over the gasket to provide an easily cleanable surface and to aid in the conformance of the gasket to side wall edges. Located within the closed box is a moisture resevoir such as wetted sponge placed in fluid communication with the paints stored in the container.

Abstract:

An artist's kit for use with an easel comprising a rectangular box having a base and a front wall, a rear wall and side walls all disposed substantially perpendicular to the base. A cover is pivotally mounted to the box for movement from a closed position to an open position wherein the plane of the cover is substantially parallel to the base of the box. The cover can be releasably locked in the open position to form a rigid, open top tray assembly. Abstract:

A control valve assembly for use in a one-pipe steam heating system in which the passage of steam to each radiator in the system and the return of condensate from each radiator is controlled by individual valve assemblies at each radiator, the valve assemblies being temperature responsive for the regulation of heat provided at each radiator location. Each valve assembly includes a temperature-responsive valve arrangement for controlling the admission of steam to the radiator through a supply pipe and a pressure-responsive valve arrangement for enabling the return of condensate through the same pipe, the entire assembly being compatible with existing fittings for the ready replacement of conventional radiator valves.
