Abstract:

An applicator device and procedure is disclosed directed to the controlled placement of a minute amount of fluorescein onto the cornea of a patient's eye. The fluorescein is used as a staining agent to permit applanation tonometric measurements. The fluorescein is applied with a disinfectant to the tonometer lens using a special applicator. The disinfectant evaporates leaving a thin film residue on the lens, which is subsequently redissolved in the tear film above the cornea. The foregoing procedure enhances the tonometer measurements while simplifying the process and reducing risk of infective contaminates from entering the eye region.

Abstract:

Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for mobile-based transaction pre-authorization. One example method comprises receiving, from a device (such as a mobile device), a pre-authorization request including at least selection of a payment method, and generating a pre-authorization for a purchase based on the selected payment method. The method further comprises receiving a transaction request, determining whether the received transaction request is associated with the pre-authorization, and processing the transaction request based on the determination. Systems and computer-readable media implementing the above method are also provided. User interfaces are also provided for enabling the use of such methods, systems, and computer-readable media on, for example, mobile devices.

Abstract:

A system and method for generating a notification of a price change for a transaction and facilitating an associated price adjustment based on electronic image capture of a paper receipt. An image capture system captures an electronic image of a paper transaction receipt, which is transmitted to a data extraction processor that extracts transaction receipt data from the captured electronic image. A unique key is generated that is matched to a transaction record to generate a reliability score for the OCRed image and to authorize price matching. If the price monitoring server identifies that the price of a purchased transaction item has changed, the price monitoring server automatically generates a notification to the user indicating the price change and an email to the customer service department of the merchant from which the transaction item was purchased, requesting a price adjustment that is credited back to the payment instrument.

Methods and systems for a browser extension system are disclosed. In some embodiments, a browser extension server includes a communication device configured to communicate with a first computing device executing a browser extension application and a web browser application and a second computing device executing an authentication application. The browser extension server further includes a memory storing instructions, and a processor configured to execute the instructions to perform operations. The operations may include receiving from the first computing device an indication of a financial service account associated with the first computing device, detecting a payment field in a web page provided by the computing device through the web browser application and, in response, generating a secure token mapped to the financial service account, The operations may further include sending the second computing device an authentication request, receiving an authentication response, and populating the payment field with the secure token.

Systems and methods are provided for generating and managing dynamic customized electronic tokens for electronic device interactions. A system for transferring data between a user device associated with a user and a remote device may include a memory storing instructions and a processor configured to execute the stored instructions. The stored instructions may configure the processor to receive, via a network, transaction information from the remote device, access information associated with an electronic token, and provide the electronic token to the remote device. The electronic token may be associated with at least one of the user or the user device, and a token server may generate the electronic token based on the received transaction information, and determine one or more expiration parameters for the electronic token.

Methods and systems for providing browser extension are disclosed. In some embodiments, the browser extension system includes a communication device in communication with a computing device and a networked system.
