Abstract:

Methods, systems, and products are disclosed for verifying the integrity of web server content. One method communicates with a server specified by a Uniform Resource Locator. Content specified by the Uniform Resource Locator is retrieved. If the content contains an additional link to another Uniform Resource Locator, then the content is parsed to determine if the content contains an error message. The existence of the error message indicates a partial page error.

The present disclosure provides systems and methods for controlling computer access. Briefly described in architecture, some embodiments of such a system provide a control unit for controlling user access to a computer in accordance with a user profile. An administrator of the computer is enabled to remotely access and modify the user profile. The user profile is stored at least in a remote database that is accessible via a server. Methods, systems, and products are disclosed for verifying the integrity of web server content. One method receives a request for a Uniform Resource Locator, with the request originating from a referring Uniform Resource Locator. A response to the request is communicated. The method then stores the requested Uniform Resource Locator, the referring Uniform Resource Locator, a status code associated with the response, and a file size associated with the response. Logical rules are applied and a report is generated which pinpoints the URLs in error.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems and methods for retrieving web documents. Briefly described, in architecture, one embodiment of the system, among others, includes a web retrieval tool interface configured to display a context menu from any web page that is being viewed. The context menu displays at least one option for retrieving a document at a predetermined network address.
