Toni Nelson has a BBA, Marketing Major from the University of Houston and spent 3 years at Texas Tech University. Her real estate career began in 1983 during Houston's worst economic downturn and she became a Million Dollar Producer in the first year. In 1984, she managed a real estate office, and remained in the real estate management capacity until she became General Manager of Henry S. Miller, Realtors for the Houston Division. The firm was acquired by Coldwell Banker United, Realtors and Toni became Vice-President of Marketing, Training and Technology. In 2006, Ms. Nelson moved to her current position. A real estate evangelist, Toni has served her industry. She earned two "Realtor of the Year" awards from two different associations, has chaired the MLS Committee that moved a 20 year old legacy system to a web-based program, has been Chair of TREPAC, and served as Chair of the Houston Association of Realtors in 2005.
