After graduating from Bell Gardens High School in 1984, I received my Bachelor’s degree from the California State University Long Beach, in Political Science and Psychology, with the intent on becoming a defense Civil Rights Attorney. As luck with have it, after graduation, I became more interested in public service and decided to pursue a career in the non-for profit field by working with the Boy Scouts of America, because if I was going to make a difference in the lives of young men, and help break the vicious cycle of gang violence, I would have to start early in their lives. I worked for ten years as a fundraiser and membership recruiter for the Boy Scouts of America in the San Gabriel and Metro Los Angeles area. In early 1995, I worked as a staff member for Mayor Richard J. Riordan in the City of Los Angeles, where I was greatly influenced by local government. It was there that my principles and values were put to the test, working as a liaison for the departments of Fire, Police, Parks, Library and Animal Regulations, to make sure that government services were fully implemented and delivered efficiently and effectively without the usual government red tape. After a year with Mayor Riordan, I decided to go back to work in fundraising, working for the American Heart Association is Los Angeles. I reside in the city of Whittier, with my wife of fifteen years, Maria Lopez and our three young children. Maria, who is also a real estate agent, and I put all of our energy and expertise to work for the families of Bellflower, Downey, Long Beach, Paramount, Whittier and the surrounding areas, to ensure that their financial investments are well taken care of. My principal philosophy has always been that I treat all clients, the way I would like to be treated. In addition, due to the economic crisis of the past few years, our talent and energy in real estate have evolved and adjusted to help families meet the challenges of foreclosure, while working directly with lenders in requesting their assistance with loan modification services, debt reduction and ultimately short sale, if this is their only option. I work with the finest real estate institution in Bellflower, Prudential California Real Estate, the Mulhearn Group, and we serve the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino with more than 1,300 full-time real estate agents. I, particularly, specialize in residential real estate and will work tirelessly to make sure that every transaction is handled professionally and with the least possible complications. I will put all of my insider-knowledge to work to find the perfect property in your neighborhood of choice, help you sell your home or investment property to my vast number of pre-approved clientele list. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed. I use the latest Internet marketing tools to expose your property to the widest possible range of qualified buyers.
