Traci Chadbourne has been living in the Tampa area since 1987, when she relocated from Las Vegas, Nevada. Since 1989, she has been involved in many aspects of residential real estate. Traci began her career in real estate as a new homes sales professional. Within a year she was promoted to sales manager. She recruited, hired, trained and supported a staff of on-site successful sales professionals. Attracted by the prospect of a more flexible schedule, Traci moved into the general real estate arena and developed a specialization as a buyer's broker. By the end of Traci's first year in general real estate she was named "Rookie of the Year". While she represented both buyers and sellers throughout the tri-county area, the excitement and enthusiasm brought to the process by first-time home buyers made them Traci's favorite clients. Looking for new challenges, Traci entered the mortgage profession in 2001 enjoyed 3 years in this industry during one of it's most challenging times. It gave her a new understanding of the complete buying process from a new point of view. With this in mind, Traci decided to return to the Real Estate in order to use all of her skills.
