I moved here shortly after receiving my bachelor's degree from USF in Tampa. I had lived in Florida most of my life and after visiting almost every beach on the East Coast, I decided to make St. Augustine my new home. I came for the surf, the laid back atmosphere and the history. On top of that you have many world class golf courses, great restaurants, boating on the St. Johns, kayaking the intra-coastal and too many other water sports to mention. I sell real estate in St. Johns, Flagler and Putnam County. That includes St. Augustine, Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Palatka, Hastings, Flagler Estates, The World Golf Village, Vilano Beach and most of the surrounding areas.
