Description:
Troy Is a Colorado native and has lived in the Denver area all his life except for his 6 years of active service in the U. S. Marines from 1985-1991. Troy started remodeling homes in the mid 1980's before Military Service After military service, Troy resumed the remodeling and bought his first house in the Highland neighborhood in 1992. As were many homes in that area at the time this home was boarded up and in need of renovation. Troy Renovated his own home and others in the neighborhood which led to acquiring his Real Estate License in 1995. Since acquiring his Real Estate License, Troy has been recognized at a national Level for sales performance and production for consecutive years since 1997 by Coldwell Banker, Re/Max and Prudential. Much of his success has been due to his knowledge in older homes, building of newer ones and his innate ability to give a level of comfort to home buyers whether they were purchasing or selling older homes or newer ones. Troy, a Denver area native, has a special place in his heart for Metro Denver and believes that old and new homes can co-exist in the same neighborhood and will enhance the inner city living for many that would not consider an older neighborhood due to the amenities that are generally lacking in older homes. Since being licensed in 1995, Troy has excelled in achieving his designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) which is a coveted designation the only about 5% of realtors nation wide achieve and is currently working on his (GRI) Graduate of the Realtor Institute. Troy, and his wife Monica own a home in the East Highland neighborhood and have two children Lance and Kaylyn.
