Originally from Manila, Valentina Pippin started her career in the mid-Atlantic states of Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC., working with financial consultants for several Fortune 100 companies and multimillion-dollar, international infrastructure projects around the world. She was also a member of the economic development team responsible for Baltimore Inner Harbor’s ongoing revitalization which to this day is an inspiration to large scale destination waterfront development projects around the world. As a professional with an international background, Valentina has been involved in real estate, finance and sales for over 20 years. She is multi-lingual and speaks fluent English, Filipino (Tagalog), southern Chinese (Taiwanese, Xiamen), and some Mandarin. She is known for her business savvy and strong negotiating skills. As a luxury homes marketing specialist she gives her clients expert advice every step of the way. Valentina has project management experience in working with developers in all phases of new home development from concept to the successful sale of the project. With her background in new construction she works hard to ensure that her clients enjoy a pleasant buying experience and get an exceptional product every time.
