Photocopying, faxing, filing, e-mailing and collating. Prepare & maintain marketing & admission packets. Verify invoices, inventory and staff reimbursement claims to Corporate, Train Volunteers in office procedures and protocol. Understand, retain and apply applicable rules, laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Transcribe minutes from meetings, Distribute reports and inter-office correspondence, Patient and Office Appointment scheduling. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
