I would like to introduce myself. My name is Veronica Young GRI, and I am a Real Estate Consultant with Irongate Realty, Inc. in Myakka City, FL. Recently, I have embraced a new group of friends and colleagues, a business community called By Referral Only. BRO is a professional association for real estate consultants and mortgage consultants. What impresses me most about this group is not the awesome amount of knowledge, talent and resources available. It's the attitude. By Referral Only promotes a shift in mindset, with a focus on truly serving the deep needs of those in our lives. By the way, "By Referral Only" does not mean that someone must "sponsor" a new client before I will work with him or her. It means that my goal and vision is to build lifelong relationships one client at a time, and earn your trust and friendship as your personal real estate consultant. As a result, my clients may decide to become advocates for my business by referring their friends to me. Or, they may not. In either case, we've built a friendship, and there's great value in that. I am grateful for the lessons I learned during my 3-day seminar last month that has changed my life totally. It has caused me to appreciate life more as well as know that the learning never stops. The great wealth of knowledge makes you a powerful individual! In the mean time, if someone in your world has a need or question involving real estate, I welcome his or her call. Whether or not I ever do business with them, we'll both have another shot at meeting someone who just might become a close friend.
