Experience:
34 years
Description:
Life in Charlottesville after 30 years (29 in real estate!!) is still an adventure. If ever I thought of leaving, all I would have to do is spend an afternoon with some of the wonderful people relocating to our area. Their enthusiasm revitalizes me. Over the years I have had many clients move here from large metropolitan areas such as Chicago or Los Angeles. These clients were apalled by the seeming slow pace of Charlottesville - that is to say before they were transerred. Then all they could talk about was getting back to their favorite home, Charlottesville. Charlottesville is an easy place to live. Where else can you see a world class stage production or the latest rock band and be home again in 15-20 minutes? Check out the offerings at the Downtown Pavillion, the Paramount Theater, or the John Paul Jones Arena. Restaurants are better, less expensive and in greater quanities that any town this size should have. This is due to the population of people from around the world who work at the University of Virginia, staff the two major hospitals or just decided for themselves what a great place Charlottesville is. I invite you to come and enjoy Charlottesville with us.
