Abstract:

A system and method to determine a retention prediction for a caregiver is disclosed. The system includes a database of caregiver data and patient data. The set of caregiver data and patient data are normalized to create a modified set of caregiver and patient data. The modified set of caregiver and patient data defines a set of parameters or inputs from the set of caregiver and patient data and a corresponding employment status. An analysis is performed of parameters correlated with an employment status for each of the caregivers. Based on the correlation and the modified set of caregiver and patient data, a training set of caregiver data is generated that includes at least one parameter that correlates with employment status. The machine learning model is trained using the training set. The training allows a prediction of an employment status associated with the parameter. The accuracy of the trained machine learning model is evaluated.

Abstract:

Systems and methods for selecting items from a pool of items based on comparisons of composite embeddings are disclosed. A first initial embedding is obtained from a first database for each item in a pool of items and a second initial embedding is obtained from a second database for each item in the pool of items. The first initial embedding is generated using a first embedding model and the second initial embedding is generated using a second embedding model. A first composite embedding is generated for each item in the pool of items comprising the first initial embedding and the second initial embedding; and compare the first composite embedding for each item in the pool of items to a first anchor embedding, wherein the first anchor embedding comprises a first initial anchor embedding generated using the first embedding model and a second initial anchor embedding generated using the second embedding model.

Abstract:

An approach is provided for authorizing a card transaction. Data about spending by a user is received by a computer system, which is a server computer of a trade organization established by a card provider organization to include multiple merchants. The computer system is configured to authorize or decline card transactions. A predictive pattern of spending by the user is determined. A card transaction is detected. The card transaction is initiated by the user using a card to make a purchase from a merchant included in the trade organization. Card transaction information about the card transaction is obtained via an intranet. It is determined that the card transaction information matches the predictive pattern of spending. The card transaction is authorized without sending the card transaction information via the internet, or to a server or computer network of the card provider organization.
