Abstract:
A system for securely transferring an electronic package from one user to another includes a mechanism for requiring payment from the recipient of an electronic package before the recipient is permitted to receive the package. The sender of an electronic package may specify one or more files to be included in the package, one or more recipients of the package, and an amount of a required payment. Each recipient is notified of the electronic package and prompted to provide payment. The system permits each recipient to download the electronic package only if that recipient provides the required payment. The sender may specify a different payment amount for each recipient. The sender may add, delete, and modify files within the package over time. When a recipient downloads the package, the files that are within the package at that time are provided to the recipient.

Abstract:
A method for the detection and quantitative analysis of certain selected constituent parts of a gas stream. A gas stream containing the selected constituent is introduced into a reaction zone and contacted with metastable mercury (6. sup. 3 P. sub. o) atoms to form an excited complex of the selected constituent and the metastable mercury atom, which decomposes emitting light. The intensity of the light emission is measured and directly correlatable to the concentration of the constituent in the gas stream. The method of the present invention is particularly applicable to the measurement of ambient air containing selected constituents in an amount or concentration in the 1-100 ppb range. The method can be used to measure trace amounts of numerous selected constituents contained in a gaseous stream including such constituents as ammonia, hydrazine, water vapor, alcohols and various amines.

Abstract:
The present technology pertains to a link service that can create, maintain, and service links to objects on behalf of a content management system or other services. The link service can share administration of links with other services when desired or can even allow other services to issue the link and manage the object that is the subject of the link while providing other functions to support the link. Additionally, link service can interface with a file system that can support links as actors in the file system, whereby greater control and flexibility in supporting links is provided. Link service can also accommodate servicing and management of links issued by legacy services, where the legacy services have unique link logic that should still be utilized to maintain a consistent user experience.

Abstract:
One aspect of the disclosure describes a lipid conjugated cationic molecule. Other aspects of the disclosure describes nanoparticle delivery systems and methods of making the systems are disclosed. An embodiment of the nanoparticle delivery system has sustained gene delivery properties, the nanoparticle delivery system can be synthesized using biodegradable and biocompatible polymers via self-assembly. The nanoparticle delivery system comprises a plurality of nanoparticle depots, each of which has a particle-in-particle structure, and is composed of a polymeric nanoparticle, which encapsulates cationic molecule/nucleic acid complexes, facilitating enhanced retention and prolonged release of the gene payload. The polymeric nanoparticle comprises a shell, and a nanocomplex of the cationic molecule and a polynucleotide, the nanocomplexes are distributed within the shell and/or embedded in the shell. Another embodiment of the nanoparticle delivery system has one or more nanocomplexes. The one or more nanocomplexes includes a lipid conjugated cationic molecule and a polynucleotide.
