Philosophy:
Dr. Nall has received extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of the musculoskeletal system from a nutritional, hormonal, structural, and medical standpoint. He utilizes the most cutting edge medical treatments along with Osteopathic Manipulation, Musculoskeletal Ultrasound, and integrative medical approaches such as bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) to help patients improve function. He also treats the normal variety of complaints that family practitioners deal with: diabetes, high blood pressure, sore throats, etc.
In his spare time, Dr. Nall is active with his church, enjoys hanging out with his wife Candace, and exercising. He is constantly looking for new ways to help his patients and travels for lectures/courses on the latest, cutting edge techniques

Abstract:
An ice maker for a refrigerator having a freezer compartment with a top wall, side walls, a back wall, and a door opposite the back wall includes a mold body having at least one cavity for containing water therein for freezing into ice, and a control housing extending from the mold body. The control housing is configured to be coupled to a mounting surface of said freezer compartment, wherein the mounting surface includes at least one of the top wall, the side walls, the back wall, and the door of the freezer compartment.

In an embodiment of the present invention, a refrigerator with an ice dispenser is shown. The ice dispenser has a user dispense panel. The user dispense panel comprises a dispense control and an ice outlet. A ice storage compartment defines a first interior volume. An ice chute flow connects the ice storage compartment and the ice outlet. The chute comprises a first end in flow communication with the ice storage compartment and a second end in flow communication with the ice outlet. A member is configured between the first and second ends. The member comprises an interior volume in flow communication with the first and second ends. A flow axis is formed from the first end to the second end. The member has a restriction.

Abstract:
An ice dispenser having a safety apparatus is disclosed. The ice dispenser includes a bin for storing ice to be dispensed; a chute in communication with the bin; a device for at least one of crushing the ice and moving the ice from the bin to the chute; a controller for activating the device in response to a dispensing signal; and a safety apparatus configured to determine a presence of an object in the chute and to provide an indication responsive to the determined presence to the controller. The controller deactivates the device after receiving the indication. A refrigerator incorporating such an ice dispenser is also disclosed.

Abstract:
An icemaker assembly is disposed within a refrigerator having a freezer compartment, a fresh food compartment and respective freezer and fresh food door assemblies. The icemaker assembly comprises a conveyor assembly positioned within the freezer compartment having a flexible conveyor belt with a multiplicity of individual ice cube molds for creation of individual ice cubes. An ice cube storage bin is positioned below the conveyor assembly for storing the ice cubes and a fullness sensor is positioned for determining the fill level of ice cubes within the ice cube storage bin.
