colored sedan, sending the Chevrolet spinning striking the jersey wall and coming to rest in the center lane of I-95. A 2014 Ford operated by William Presley IV, 25, of Petersburg struck the Chevrolet and the Ford was then struck by a 1997 Toyota operated by Naweed Khan, 21, of Glen Allen, Virginia. The driver of the 2014 Ford, William Presley IV, 25, of Petersburg died at the scene. A total of 4 people were transported to MCV hospital with non-life threatening injuries. All drivers were wearing seatbelts.
State police say a sedan hit an SUV and didn't stop. The SUV then hit a jersey wall and came to rest in the center lane. It was hit by a vehicle driven by 25-year-old William Presley IV of Petersburg. A fourth vehicle then struck Presley's vehicle.
