Compositions And Methods To Expedite Antibody-Based Exchange Imaging
A method for exchange imaging of at least two targets in a sample includes (a) incubating a sample with at least two or more target-recognizing antibodies, each bound to a corresponding monovalent tight antibody binder-docketing moiety (MTAB-DM) reagent capable of binding monovalently to the target-recognizing antibodies, (b) applying at least two imager moieties corresponding to the MTAB-DM, either in series, in batches, or in parallel, and (d) imaging the at least two imager moieties either in series, in batches, or in parallel.

Abstract:
Making a composite solid polymer electrolyte includes mixing a slurry of lithiated ionomer and a doped inorganic ceramic electrolyte and coating the slurry onto a lithiated ionomer membrane. The lithiated ionomer can be provided by exchanging protons of an ionomer membrane with lithium ions to form a lithiated ionomer membrane and dissolving the lithiated ionomer membrane to produce the lithiated ionomer. Various composite solid polymer electrolytes can be made for use in solid-state lithium-ion batteries. Ways of making a dispersion for use in a solid-state electrolyte include lithiating an ionomer by heating and dissoluting to form the dispersion. An ionic liquid and ceramic particles can be added to the dispersion. Ways of making a reinforced solid-state electrolyte for a solid-state lithium-ion battery include infusing a porous membrane with the dispersion.
System And Related Method For Decreasing Symptoms Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Of A Person

International Classification:
A61H 39/06 A61H 39/00
Abstract:
A system for decreasing symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea of a female person/patient. Such system includes an electrical assembly configured for attachment at an acupoint BL57 on each posterior calf skin of the patient proximately mid-length between the ankle and knee region of the patient. Each electrical assembly includes a heating element, a temperature sensor, a heat radiator for dissipating heat generated by the heating element, and an energy source. A pulse generating controller including a computer having logic circuitry powered by the energy source and carried by and arranged in electrical communication with the electrical assembly. The controller operates each heating element through a set or series of immediately consecutive heating and cooling cycles. Each heating and cooling cycle initially involves operating the heating element to warm the person's/patient's skin underlying the heating element as measured by the temperature sensor for a period of 10 to 30 seconds and to a temperature ranging between about 122 F. to about 126 F. Immediately thereafter, the heat exchanger applies a cooling effect to the heating element whereby cooling the heating element as measured by the temperature sensor for a time period of 10 to 60 seconds. A method for decreasing symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea of a female person/patient is also disclosed.
High-Throughput And Highly Multiplexed Imaging With Programmable Nucleic Acid Probes
An imaging agent comprises (a) at least one target recognition moiety; (b) at least one observable moiety non-transiently bound to the target recognition moiety, and (c) at least one docking moiety bound to the target recognition moiety, wherein the docking moiety is capable of transiently binding at least one observable moiety. In some embodiments, the at least one target recognition moiety is an antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof.
Dynamic Polyurethane Networks With Post-Recycling Retention Of Cross-Linking Densities And Mechanical Properties
Reprocessable crosslinked polyurethane networks, methods for making the reprocessable polyurethane networks, and methods for depolymerizing the crosslinked polyurethane networks and recovering the depolymerized monomers are provided. The polyurethane networks are rendered reprocessable by the incorporation of free hydroxyl groups and the incorporation of multi-functional alcohol crosslinkers.
Methods To Improve The Sequencing Of Polynucleotides With Barcodes Using Circularisation And Truncation Of Template
The application provides improved methods of analyzing biological particles and their constituents, including methods of generating truncated and barcoded nucleic acid molecules from at least two target polynucleotide sequences, each from distinct biological particles.
Improved Method To Analyze Nucleic Acid Contents From Multiple Biological Particles
The application provides improved methods of analyzing biological particles and their constituents, including methods of labeling at least one target nucleic acid molecule from a biological particle with a barcoded primer.
