Abstract:
A combustor end cap assembly having an improved cooling configuration is disclosed. Embodiments of the present invention are directed towards an apparatus and method for cooling an effusion plate of the combustor end cap assembly. The combustor end cap assembly also incorporates an impingement plate having a plurality of cooling holes with the impingement plate positioned a predetermined distance from the effusion plate. The cooling fluid passes through the impingement plate and is directed towards and onto the effusion plate for cooling of the effusion plate.

Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a technical solution related to establishing a characterized chatbot with personality. On one hand, a corpus database matched with a specific character may be established, and a generated regular/conventional response messages may be converted into a characterized response messages with character's features during conversation, so that the conversation style of a chatbot may be characterized with a certain character's features. On the other hand, a chatbot may select a response message with a specific emotion by using an emotion conversation table corresponding to a personality when generating the response message against a content of a conversation input by a user, so that a chatbot may be characterized and have certain personality.

Abstract:
Combustion systems and associated methods are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a combustion system comprises a first combustion zone, a second combustion zone downstream of the first combustion zone, and a heat module thermally coupled to the first combustion zone and/or second combustion zone. The first combustion zone is configured to (i) receive and combust preheated air and a first fuel and (ii) generate a first exhaust gas, and the second combustion zone is configured to (i) receive and combust the first exhaust gas and a second fuel and (ii) generate a second exhaust gas. The first exhaust gas can have a first excess air and the second exhaust gas can have a second excess air less than the first excess air. The heat module can comprise a thermionic converter or another heat-to-electricity converter able to generate a power output.

Provided herein are chimeric receptors, such as chimeric antigen receptors (CARs), comprising BCMA-binding molecules, such as anti-BCMA antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof, such as heavy chain variable (V) regions and single-chain antibody fragments, and encoding polynucleotides. In some embodiments, the anti-BCMA chimeric receptors specifically bind to BCMA. Among the anti-BCMA-binding molecules are human antibodies, including those that compete for binding to BCMA with reference antibodies, such as a non-human reference antibody. Also provided are genetically engineered cells expressing the CARs and uses thereof such as in adoptive cell therapy.
