Abstract:
Methods, devices and systems for improved zone merge operations are disclosed. Two connected switches are arbitrated as an initiator and a receiver. The merge operation is initiated only by the initiator on an initiator/receiver inter-switch link. The initiator may initiate a merge request and the receiver may perform the computation of the difference between the old and the new zone. Either the whole configuration or only the differences are communicated between the switches. The merges may be done on a connected switch basis, not on a connected port basis. Only the principle ports in the principle inter-switch-link perform the merge operation. All the remaining ports, i. e. the non-principle ports, adopt the merge result of the principle ports. The zone information may also be cached on each switch such that merge calculations need not be performed again when a merge operation with the same configuration occurs in the future.

A method (and corresponding system and computer program product) that enables users to collaboratively annotate images and selectively review user annotations online is described. Images and annotation tools are made available in web pages. Users can initiate the collaborative annotation process by annotating the images using the annotation tools embedded in the web pages. The images, the related user annotations, and the annotation tools are made available in web pages. Users can retrieve the web pages and make further annotations and/or selectively review the related annotations using the annotation tools. The subsequent annotations are recorded and added to the web pages for further review and additional annotations.

Abstract:
Apparatus and method are provided for synchronized multiple vital health measurements. In one novel aspect, an integrated wearable device with multiple sensors that can collect multiple vital health signals, digitize them, send them through wireless network to a receiver. In one embodiment, the wearable device has a plurality of different types of sensors including at least one or more acoustic-to-electric sensors collecting phonocardiogram (PCG) electrical signal and one or more electrocardiogram (ECG) sensors, a control module includes a synchronization circuitry that synchronizes measurements of the plurality of different types of sensors. In another novel aspect, a system performs a synchronized measurement using a plurality type of health-monitoring sensors, performs a correlation analysis of the plurality of measurement results using selected one or more analytical rules, and obtains a set of parameters with recognized medical values and generating one or more medical health records based on the correlation analysis.
