    A regenerative type of refrigeration system recirculates a mixture of R-134a, R-32 and R-125 through first and second series condensers. In order to increase the concentration of the high-boiling point R-134a, the liquid output of a liquid-vapor separator receives a super-heated mixture vapor tapped from the output of the compressor. An adjustable valve controls the amount of the super heated mixture vapor which is injected to vary the concentration of R-134a in the recirculation line. Liquified R-134a passes through a secondary expansion valve and a secondary evaporator, reducing to an intermediate pressure, and enters a vortex tube, thus bypassing the main evaporator. Subsequently, the suction pressure of the compressor increases, increasing the EER of the refrigeration system. The recirculating concept is also applicable to a single refrigerant system.

    A method for isolating the effects of surface tension and/or yield stress of a fluid that is flowing in a U-shaped tube wherein one or both legs of the U-shaped tube is monitored over time for the changing height of the respective fluid columns therein. A portion of the U-shaped tube comprises a flow restrictor, e. g. , a capillary tube, of known dimensions. Monitoring one or both of the moving fluid columns over time permits the determination of the viscosity of the fluid flowing therein over a range of shear rates from the difference in fluid column heights. However, it is necessary to isolate the effects of surface tension and/or yield stress to obtain an accurate viscosity determination. My name is Young Cho and I am the founder and owner of Leading Edge Realty. I am a Bay Area native, born and raised in the East Bay and come from a second generation of REALTORS in my family. My father was also a real estate broker for 24 years and had a very successful real estate business before retiring in 2001. Since then I have chosen to follow in his foot steps and now own and operate Leading Edge Realty which I started in 2003 in Union City, California. I'm one of the very few Real Estate Brokers out there today that can offer low 4% Total Commission rates (customary 2.5% for buyers agent, 1.5% for our office) to sell your home for a full service listing and also offer a 20% commission rebate for home buyers! I'm able to do this because I am the owner of my company and do not have anyone to split my commissions with so I'm able to pass the savings on to my clients. I come from a strong customer service and sales background. Before becoming a real estate broker, I was a Senior Loan Officer for Bank of the West for 6 years. Working as a loan officer definitely helped me transition nicely into becoming a full time Real Estate Broker and as a result not only do I have an excellent knowledge of the real estate side of this business, but I also have a great understanding of the loan and mortgage aspect also.
