Buying and selling property is a complex and stressful task. In fact, it's often the biggest single investment you will make in your lifetime. At the same time, real estate transactions have become increasingly complicated. Thus, it's very important that you work with an agent who has a better understanding of the real estate business. I have been in the real estate business since 1999. I was first introduced in the industry back in 1996, while a senior at Cal State University, at Hayward. I was a transaction coordinator and personal assistant to one of the local top producers in our area. After graduating with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences, I found the real estate industry hard to let go of despite of unrelated degree. In 1999, I became a licensed Realtor working in Contra Costa, Alameda, and Solano Counties.I obtained my broker's license in 2002, and received my GRI designation in 2005. I have made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients. Family is an important part of my life. I met my wife of 11 years, Sarlea, in 1994, while both were attending a Youth Organization meeting. Together, we have three wonderful children, Liana, Anthony, and Brielle. I have personally lived in Rodeo and Hercules since 1987. I am very committed and dedicated to my clients.
