Jim has lived and worked in the Southern California area since 1985. He first got into real estate in 1989 when a good friend and he pursued opening their own real estate investing business. The market took a dramatic turn around that time, but he took with him many important lessons on how to be creative during down markets. Jim has worked as a full-time Realtor for the past 5 years at Keller Williams VIP Properties located in Valencia, California. During this time he has been privileged to work with many different types of clients, both affluent and entry level.
