Charter taking case to Time Warner Cable shareholders 'posthaste'
During a conference call with analysts yesterday, Charter's Chief Operating Officer John Bickham said Time Warner Cable's operational failures, which he described as a "failed plan over the last half-decade," have led to increasing subscriber losses.
"This negative momentum isn't simply the result of their operating plan over the last year. It is the failed plan over the past half-decade," said Charter's chief operating officer, John Bickham, in a conference call with analysts.
