As a Buyer's & Listing Specialist I have been working in the Denver metro area for over 12 years in the real estate industry, but have lived in the Denver area for over 33 years, so I do know the Denver metro area well. I received training through the Star Power University, plus have traveled to various cities across the United States to different Star Power conventions, where I have taken classes from top Real Estate agents. from around the country. I also have designations as a CDPE( certified distressed property expert) SFR (short sale, foreclosure resource) ABR( accredited buyer's representative) & GRI (graduate, institute) CRS ( finishing that designation(certified residential specialist) What I enjoy most about Real Estate is helping my clients reach their goals of either selling or buying their Dream Home. It is great to help clients with the largest investment of their lives, to see the smiles on their faces when all is said and done and they are ready to move in or ready to move on to a new home or location. I work with many out of state investors, plus local ones as well, looking for that great investment property. Even with the low inventory, there are still great finds out there. Things I enjoy doing are traveling,sewing, reading, gardening, visiting my family out of state, skiing, listing to music. dancing. and just relaxing when with friends & family.
