Abstract:
The present disclosure generally relates to fixation plates for use in correcting Hallux Valgus deformities under the Lapidus approach. The plate includes holes defined therethrough in such a way to facilitate multiplanar stability across the metatarsocuneiform joint. The plate is further sized and shaped to approximate the natural anatomic contour of the bone segments surrounding the metatarsocuneiform joint. Related methods for using the Lapidus approach to correct Hallux Valgus deformities are also described.

Abstract:
A content exchange service facilitates communication between, and production of content by, holders of rights in content titles and producers of content. The content exchange service receives content profiles from various rights holders and surfaces the content profiles to producers for purposes of soliciting auditions to produce the content subject of the content profiles in an alternative form. The rights holder can review the auditions submitted by producers and establish communication with the producer of the audition the rights holder liked via the content exchange service. The content exchange service can then facilitate negotiation of an agreement between the rights holder and the producer for production of the content in an alternative form. Following finalization of the agreement, the producer may submit a complete production of the content in the alternative form to the content exchange service, which in turn presents the complete production to the rights holder for approval.

Abstract:
The invention relates to substantially dust free bleach powders that, when mixed with aqueous hydrogen peroxide, yield activated bleach compositions that exhibit improved thixotropy. The bleach powders comprise at least one de-dusting agent and at least one peroxygenated salt. The de-dusting agents, which are preferably present in an amount less than about 10% by weight of the bleach powder are inert, substantially hydrophilic compounds selected from alkylated esters, cyclic ethers and cyclic esters. Optionally, one or more hair conditioning agents, thickeners and desiccants may be added to the dust free bleach powder.
